 By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using the Equine Guardian website, application, platform, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform” ; including but not limited to; the App, the website, information in our social media and our e-books,), you acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree to the following:

 Your use of the Platform constitutes a legally binding agreement to Equine Guardian’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform confirms your acceptance of all current and future Terms & Conditions, policies, and updates (after being notified of uptades).

 Equine Guardian is a digital organisational and record-keeping tool designed to assist in tracking equine-related data. The Platform does not provide veterinary, medical, therapeutic, training, nutritional, or other professional medical advice.

Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as professional medical guidance, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or instruction.

Users must consult a licensed veterinarian or qualified equine professional regarding any health, behavioural, or medical concerns.

Use of the Platform  is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your sole risk and discretion.

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely and fully responsible for the care, welfare, supervision, and management of your horse(s).
• All decisions made based on data recorded, generated, stored, or displayed within the Platform are made independently and at your own risk.
• Equine Guardian does not monitor, verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data.
• The Platform -even though we calculate and try our very best- may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or technical interruptions.
   

You assume full responsibility for any and all outcomes arising from the use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Equine Guardian makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Reliability of tracking or reporting of user
• Prevention of injury, illness, or performance issues on medical grade
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Equine Guardian, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Injury, illness, loss, or death of any horse
• Personal injury
• Financial loss
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Decisions made based on Platform information
   

Under no circumstances shall Equine Guardian bear responsibility, fault, or accountability for actions taken or not taken by users in connection with the care or management of their horse(s).

 You agree to be fully responsible for your use of the Platform and for the care and management of your horse(s).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equine Guardian, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Decisions made based on information recorded or displayed within the Platform;
• The care, management, handling, or supervision of any horse;
• Any data, content, or information you submit, upload, or store within the Platform;
• Your violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
   

This means that if a third party brings a claim against Equine Guardian as a result of your actions or use of the Platform, you are responsible for resolving and covering the related costs, to the extent permitted by law.

By using the Platform you confirm that:

• You understand this disclaimer;
   
• You voluntarily assume all associated risks;
   
• You agree to be legally bound by the Terms & Conditions;
   
• You release Equine Guardian from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
